Specification of reducer

SHARE TO:

Concentric reducer, also known as reducing pipe, is a pipe system used to connect fittings of different diameters, with their centers located on the same straight line. The product materials include carbon steel, stainless steel (such as 304, 316L, 2205, etc.), alloy steel, and comply with national standards including GB/T12459-2005, GB/T13401-2005, and American standard ANSI [1-2]. The specification caliber range is 3/4 “to 48”, and some standards can cover DN10-DN150 or 1/2 “-6”
This pipe fitting is manufactured using reduced diameter pressing, expanded diameter pressing, or stamping forming processes. The reduced diameter process achieves metal shrinkage by axially pressing the pipe blank, while stamping forming uses steel plates processed by stretching molds [1-2]. The connection methods include clamp type, welding type, and threaded type, and support non-standard customization. Its application fields involve industries such as petroleum and gas pipelines, natural gas pipelines, chemical plants, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and environmental dust removal
