Main materials and characteristics
Stainless steel (304/316).
High pressure and corrosion resistance: suitable for high-pressure environments above 100MPa, with strong corrosion resistance, especially suitable for poor water quality or industrial scenes.
Advantages: Food grade 304/316 stainless steel meets hygiene standards and has high long-term stability.
Copper alloy (such as brass).
High strength and sealing: commonly used for connecting threads (such as 1/8, 1/2 inch), corrosion-resistant and suitable for high-pressure media.
Limitations: High cost and easy theft when used outdoors.
Engineering plastics (such as fiberglass reinforced nylon).
Lightweight and frost resistant: Lightweight, resistant to chemical corrosion, suitable for environments ranging from -40 ℃ to 70 ℃, and resistant to freezing and cracking.
Applicable scenarios: Low to medium pressure (≤ 6MPa) civil or sewage treatment, low cost and environmentally friendly.
