Compared with short radius elbows (R=1D), due to its gentle bending angle and low fluid resistance, it is widely used in high-pressure, high-speed fluid and solid transportation scenarios, such as chemical, power, pharmaceutical and other industries [1] [3]. The materials include stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, etc., and comply with national standards such as GB/T12459-2017 and industry standards for power and chemical industries.
The main production bases of this product are located in Yanshan County and Mengcun County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Technical requirements include control of curvature radius tolerance, welding groove accuracy, and material matching. Specific angle grooves need to be machined at the ends to ensure sealing. Based on the differences in connection methods and usage scenarios, structural forms such as socket welding, threaded connections, and sanitary grade quick installation have been derived, and are classified into standard specifications such as 90 ° and 180 ° according to angles. The manufacturing process includes hot pressing, stamping, and cold pressing, with the hot pressing process achieving uniform wall thickness through core mold control.
