Scope of use of high-pressure water meter

High pressure water meter refers to a water flow measuring instrument with a maximum operating pressure exceeding 1MPa. Its design and structure can withstand water pressure much higher than that of ordinary civilian meters, and it is mainly used in industrial and special scenarios with special requirements for pressure and accuracy. ‌
Underground water injection in oil fields: In the process of oil extraction, in order to maintain reservoir pressure or improve recovery, high-pressure water needs to be injected into the underground reservoir, and high-pressure water meters are used to accurately measure the amount of water injected. ‌
Coal seam water injection and dust prevention: It is used for underground mining face of coal mine to inject high-pressure water into coal seam for water injection operation or spray dust reduction. At the same time, water volume, flow and pressure are measured to improve the working environment and prevent coal dust explosion. ‌
Industrial water system: it is applicable to water metering in high-pressure water supply pipe network, high-pressure circulating water system or specific industrial processes in factories, mines and other industrial fields, such as high-pressure spray, boiler water supply and other occasions where water volume needs to be accurately controlled. ‌
